I provided proactive, timely, effective and efficient support to the business users To perform production support activities which involve assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs To own issues and projects.
Did minimal development.
Mainly contributed development work to Commercial , Government and demos to bid projects.
Provide on-going 3rd level Production Support. Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve application related issues.

I have mainly contributed development work and worked on implementations of Microsoft business solutions alongside with application configurations and customization of modules. Also designed and built simple web applications, web API, console applications, window services to integrate with D365CS. -I have also designed , build and integrate crm365 solutions with other systems.
- Configured worflows , dashboards , forms , views and build standard or custom ssrs reports.
- Provide support and defect fixing during SIT/UAT/Regression Testing/Deployment preparations.
- Support incident investigation fix and documentation for issue resolution.

Meet the Team! Currently i am a software engineer intern in the entitlements team.
Currently , i am responsible for designing and developing high-available and scalable software using core AWS services and as well as to write test automation and help the team to deliver frequent incremental releases using CI/CD pipeline. I am also exposed to building new or maintaining cloud-native applications.

The pipeline's goal is to automate extraction of data from a server-less stream and run it gracefully on a server to input data into a centralized database so event payloads can be used and manipulated by a standalone querytool application in the automation suite in the CI/CD pipeline to test specific cases as per automation and business requirements.
